About Dinotopia
Dinotopia is an indoor dinosaur play park for kids ages 1 to 10 in Madison, TN, just outside Nashville, open 7 days a week from 10AM to 7PM. Families come here to play, celebrate birthdays, and grab a bite at our cafe.
Every role on our team is built around one idea: unreasonable hospitality, going further than anyone expects so every family leaves happy. We hire for warmth first. Everything else we can teach.

About the Role
You're the first face families see when they walk through our doors, and you help set the tone for their whole visit. You'll check guests in, answer their questions, help run birthday parties, and keep our facility spotless. Because we serve young kids and families every day, cleanliness is one of our highest priorities, and it's a big part of this job.
What You'll Do
Guest Services
- Greet every guest warmly and check families in quickly and accurately
- Make sure digital waivers are completed and put wristbands on guests before they enter the play floor
- Process admissions, memberships, party bookings, and retail sales on our tablet-based point-of-sale system
- Answer phone calls and questions about pricing, packages, parties, and availability
- Help families find add-ons and upgrades that make their visit even better
Cleaning and Sanitization
- Clean and sanitize play equipment, high-touch surfaces, tables, and seating throughout the day
- Check and clean restrooms on a regular schedule, keeping them stocked and spotless
- Sweep, mop, and pick up the lobby, play areas, and party rooms
- Empty trash and keep the facility free of clutter
- Complete opening and closing cleaning checklists
- Spot messes and spills right away and take care of them before anyone has to ask
Parties and Floor Support
- Help set up, run, and reset party rooms between bookings
- Keep parties on schedule and help make the birthday child feel like the star of the day
- Monitor play areas and help enforce safety rules like our sock policy and age and height guidelines
- Follow lost child and lost item procedures when needed
What We're Looking For
- Warm, upbeat, and genuinely enjoys being around kids and families
- Takes pride in a clean, organized space and doesn't mind getting hands dirty
- Dependable and on time
- Communicates clearly and kindly with parents and teammates
- Stays calm and friendly when things get busy
- Comfortable learning tablet-based software
- Customer service, retail, or cleaning experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person
- Weekend availability required
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for a full shift
- Bend, kneel, and reach while cleaning
- Lift up to 25 to 30 pounds and move tables and chairs for party setups
