Terms of Service

These terms cover entry to the park, the passes we sell, and the rules everyone plays by. They apply to Dinotopia at 2291 Gallatin Pike N, Madison, TN 37115.

Entry and hours

  • The park is open every day from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
  • Dinotopia is built for children aged 1 to 10. The toddler area is reserved for ages 1 to 4.
  • Walk-ins are welcome whenever we have space. Weekends, school holidays and rainy afternoons fill up, so booking online ahead of time is the safest way to be sure of a spot.
  • Everyone entering the play areas must have a signed waiver on file. The waiver is online and takes a minute — signing it before you arrive shortens check-in at the door.

Supervision

  • At least one adult must stay with each group of children for the whole visit.
  • Every adult entering the gated play area needs a wristband. Adult admission is $5 + tax per person.
  • Supervising adults are responsible for the children in their group, including keeping younger children in the attractions for their age group.

Socks

  • Non-slip grip socks are required for everyone entering the play areas, children and adults alike.
  • Socks are $3.95 a pair at the front counter and are yours to keep. Bring the same pair back on a later visit.
  • Socks brought from elsewhere are not accepted.

Passes and pricing

  • A 2-hour play pass covers a single visit. The All-Day VIP pass covers unlimited play on the day of purchase and allows re-entry — check back in at the counter when you return.
  • Weekday specials are valid only on the days named with them.
  • Prices shown on this site exclude sales tax.
  • The arcade games and anything ordered at the Pterodactyl Café are charged separately and are not included in a day pass.
  • Day passes, party bookings, gift cards and memberships are sold through our ticketing partner, Roller. Roller's own terms apply to the checkout itself.

Food and drink

  • Outside food is not served in the park. The Pterodactyl Café sells hot food, snacks, sweets and drinks during park hours.
  • Water bottles are fine.
  • Groups planning to bring lunch should call us on (615) 920-3850 first so we can sort out a spot.

Birthday parties

  • Parties are booked online with a non-refundable $100 deposit. Pricing is subject to change.
  • Party prices exclude tax, an 18% service fee and additional safety socks.
  • Dino-Mite includes 6 active players and 6 adults for two hours. Brachiosaurus Bash includes 11 active players and 11 adults for two hours. Both include 90 minutes of play and 30 minutes in a reserved party room.

Memberships

  • Membership is $24.95 per month, per child, and includes one two-hour play pass per day on any day we are open.
  • One parent admission is included. Additional parents are $5.00 per visit, or $9.99 a month for an Additional Parent Pass.
  • Membership is billed monthly with no contract and can be cancelled at any time through your online account.
  • Membership is valid at the Dinotopia location only and is not transferable. Safety socks are not included.
