10/10 experience! We were visiting from FL. My 4 kids had an absolute blast here! It was very clean. The AC was blowing cold. The adults were allowed to climb up and play with the kiddos! The women’s restroom was super cute and also clean! It was so much fun

Had such a wonderful time at Dinotopia with my kids. Place was very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Andrea. She explained the prices and party packages they offered. She gave me her undivided attention and treated me wonderfully. Will be back for sure!

Andrea and Dulce were very nice answered any questions I had and were extremely helpful the place was very clean and well maintained. It fault like a very safe environment for my children to play and the prices were good. My daughter also loved the ball air tubes and everything worked. Great experience overall! I wasn’t sure what to expect when I took my 6-year-old daughter and 7-year-old nephew to Dinotopia, but wow—they had an amazing time! They ran around nonstop for the full two hours, laughing and playing with so much excitement. The staff was super friendly, and I loved seeing kids just being kids—no tablets, no electronics, just pure fun. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and I have to mention how impressed I was by the bathroom cleanliness—definitely not something you always find at kid-centered play spaces! Now, I will say I was a bit surprised at the price. For two kids and myself (just watching), the total came to about $62. You’re required to purchase their socks even if you bring your own, which were around $4 each. It added up quickly, but the kids loved them, so I didn’t make a big deal about it. I saw other reviews mention time issues, but we went around noon and had plenty of time to play. It really helps to check the business hours ahead of time. I didn’t try the café, so I can’t comment there. My only major concern—and a suggestion for improvement—would be adding some kind of security measure to ensure children can’t accidentally wander out and that no one can leave with a child unnoticed. Watching so many kids running around freely made me extra alert as a parent. Overall, though, Dinotopia is a fantastic place for kids to burn energy, explore, and just be kids. We’ll definitely be back

I was a little iffy on coming here due to some of the reviews, but I’m so glad we have it a shot! We went on a Sunday morning, and there was no issue with crowding (this place is huge). The whole facility is very clean, and adults are able to easily navigate 90% of the play structures. There is a little cafe with comfortable seating in the back. Most of the electronic features were not working, but it really didn’t dampen our experience. Overall, this was one of the best indoor playgrounds we’ve been to!

My nieces and nephews had an amazing time at this indoor playground. There was so much to do and I had children ages 5-15. The staff was friendly and helpful. The place was clean and well designed. This is a hidden gem worth visiting. Our only regret is we didn't come sooner.

This is such a great place!! It is so well done with an interesting play on air with the tubes and balls. The climbing mazes have so much variety. Obstacles, slides and bubble outlooks. It’s big but not too big. It’s clean. Busy and crowded but that just made it more fun. Looking forward to going back with my grand babies (no purse to impede climbing)!

Today was our first time at Dinotopia, my toddler and I both had the best time ever, it was so nice being able to go into the structure to take care of and play with her, everything was very clean and not crowded at all. We will be coming back very soon!!

Dinotopia was on the “to do” list for Christmas break. The grandbabies absolutely love it and can’t wait to go back! Staff is great! Everything is clean and well taken care of in the facility. We were blessed with a special treat of slushies! I wish there was a monthly membership!!

My two year old loves it here. The staff are all friendly and helpful, everything is always clean and in good condition and there are plenty of things to keep her busy for two hours. I would recommend going on weekday mornings during the school year if your kids are really little, sometimes when it’s crowded the bigger kids aren’t super careful of the littler ones.

Amazing experience with my 2 littles, 5 & 3 yrs old. Even I had a fun time chasing them around. We got the family pack which came with a pizza and it was totally worth it! Staff was helpful, place was extremely clean, highly recommend!

We came to Lost Worlds Dinotopia for a birthday party and the kids had a blast. The place is big, clean, and full of fun things to do—slides, climbing, ball pits, all dinosaur themed. The party package made it super easy with food and drinks included, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Great spot for younger kids’ birthdays, we’ll definitely be back.

I took my twin sons on two separate one-on-one days and they both had a BLAST!! Facilities were clean and well-maintained, and in good working order, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. A friend of mine with 2 kids with special needs wanted to plan a play date with my son & I. I suggested we try out your location-so glad we did! When we first walked in, we were greeted by 2 very nice young ladies that spoke to all 3 boys like they were the most important people to walk through the door. “Alex” explained everything about the place in detail, & even checked on us throughout our visit. Bonus points for how clean it was!

First time going with my toddler grandsons, ages 2 and 3. Perfect place for them to burn energy. I love how it's a safe environment where everything is padded so if they run into something or fall, they just keep going. Parents/adults can interact with the children and play too. There are a lot of slides and activities to do to get their energy out. Facility and bathrooms were very clean and staff was very nice. The boys had a blast and will definitely be going back. Great place to go especially when it's too hot for the little ones to play outside. You do have to buy their socks, but completely worth every cent for a great day. Highly recommend

My kids absolutely loved this place. 2 of my daughters are dinosaur lovers so we thought this would be a good place and a nice change from the ordinary skating, movies, park etc. It was a hit! It's clean. And that was very exciting for me as a mother. The pizza is made fresh not from frozen, loved that. The staff is very nice. To my surprise when i walked in and saw that 2 of my old friends are the managers. It was such a great surprise! Will definitely be back.

This place was so cool. We went on a Thursday and it was as only $25 for my and my toddler with the socks. There was so much to do. It wasn’t busy at all. Maybe 5 other families. The bathroom was cute and very clean, even had a stool for the little ones. It was definitely worth the money. We will be back. We didn’t try to food but the pizza looked and smelled good.

Way cooler place than I ever thought! My 5 year old girl was in love and so was I! Clean, affordable, exciting, and super WOW with everything from decorating to the play gym! Seemed like the fun area kept going on forever! I did loose sight of my girl few times, but found her fast again! One way in/out and very safe! We will definitely be back! After I book my son’s party I was worried because I seen lots of bad reviews for birthday parties. I had to reschedule the party once due to cancellations on my end with guest attending. I contacted Rose and she let me use my deposit I put on the original date to reschedule for 5/11. For a Saturday it wasn’t busy around the time we went which was 1pm. The staff greeted us and I believe her name was Sa’Niya ( excuse me if I spelled her name wrong). She explained our schedule and was very helpful when I had questions about food and how much extra I needed to order! She was great! She stayed there to pass out pizza to kids and drinks. She was also available to any questions we had the entire visit and always checked on us! Not to mention myself and dad didn’t have to pay for socks. She automatically gave us wristbands and socks to play along with the kids!! Rose and my party host followed all instructions to my son’s party exactly how I wanted it done and it couldn’t have been more perfect. My 3 year old loves dinosaurs so this was the perfect party ever!! The paintings in there look great and the bathrooms were nice and clean. The staff were very nice and attentive. The manager heard how the kids wanted to play after we finished eating and singing happy birthday and he told us we could stay how long we wanted. We all left 30 minutes later because it started to get crowded. We will definitely be back! Everything was perfect!! I received calls from parents today saying how great the party was and how much fun the kids had! The only thing I wished was that I took more pictures! By the way the glow in the dark room was great touch to the party!!

My 3 year old LOVES this place! We’ve been several times before & he always begs to come back. It’s clean, great for all different ages and the staff is wonderful… with that being said, yesterday we introduced my friend and her kiddos to Dinotopia for the first time (which they LOVED as well) we were there for several hours and witnessed the most bizarre situation that left most guests there stunned and somewhat afraid. Without going into too much detail on the situation, I just wanted to praise Grant the GM on how well he handled the situation while trying to deescalate the madness as well as make sure their guests still felt safe, because I don’t know that many people could’ve done the same. We’ve witnessed several situations there where again, Grant & the assistant manager Jake have always handled themselves with so much poise & respect for others. We will absolutely be back to support this place for years to come!

Big shout out to the folks at Lost Worlds Dinotopia! After waiting in line for tickets I realized I forgot my wallet and all I had was a checkbook but they couldn't take checks. I was fumbling to find my Google wallet but the manager insisted we come in for free, and gave us socks as well. He was so sweet, and just asked that we leave them a good review on Google! It was our first time and we loved it! Everything was clean and there were perfect activities for a 2, 4,and 6 year old and so much to do. We plan to go back and repay them!

Had my daughter's 6th birthday here and it was a BLAST! The customer service was top-notch and our host, Chavez, was delightful. The manager was AWESOME as well and really made us feel like valued customers. The place was clean and even though there were a TON of people (it was a Sunday afternoon), it did not feel overcrowded and the kids got to explore everything. My baby said it was 'the most fantastic birthday' and she can't wait to go back. What more could a mama ask for? Thanks Dinotopia for this wonderful memory. We WILL be back!

Took my two grandchildren, 6, and 4 on a Friday around 11am. Was not to busy. Check in is just like any other jump place. Sign in, sign the waiver, pay and get your socks. Place was clean, I saw them sanatizing three times in the two hours we were there. Food and drinks offered are priced fair for this kind of place. Staff was friendly and attentive. There is not a lot of room for parents to stand, because they want you to engage and play with your kids. Have fun!!

A spectacular addition to the already growing and exciting RiverGate area. Lots of parking and a super clean facility that opened in 2023. Spectacular fun for younger kids. Make sure you note, parties are for kids 10 and under.
